Here you can find various anime that Planet Meerkat recommends. Planet Meerkat is always looking for anime that has a good balance between story and fan service. There are lots of amine out there with lots of ecchi/fanservice content. Many of these amine are lacking in story and after watching the whole series you feel disappointed.  Occasionally one will stand out from the rest by having the fan service but also having a story that is gripping and enjoyable (with no depressing endings.. Below are in  Planet Meerkats opinion the anime that fit this criteria.

Ai Yori Aoshi [True Blue Love]

Ecchi level: Mild

Ecchi: This anime does not contain ecchi content but does have a lot of fan service. lots of clothing "accidents" and boob groping.

Synopsis:
Kaoru Hanabishi, a college student who lives alone, met a beautiful but bewildered girl dressed in kimono at train station. He volunteered to guide her way to the address she was looking for, which looked like in his neighborhood but turned out to be an empty lot. Not knowing what to do next, Kaoru invited the devastated girl to his apartment and asked for additional clue -- a photo with two children whom Kauru immediately identified as himself and Aoi Sakuraba, his childhood friend. It turned out that the girl in front of him is Aoi Sakuraba herself, his betrothed fiancée who came all the way to Tokyo to marry him. Her revelation was not only surprising but also reminded the deepest part of Kaoru's memory for why he left the Hanabishi family in the first place.

DearS

Ecchi: A bit of everything in this one. Some suggestive scenes, tight outfits, boob groping, near nudity and a perverse school teacher, embarrassing situations.

Synopsis:
Ikuhara Takeya is a high school student living a normal life. He is not interested in the commotion around a UFO filled with beautiful alien females that crashed on earth a year ago. The aliens, known as DearS, are deciding to take permanent residence on earth. What no one knows is that these aliens are a slave species whose sole purpose is to serve and please their masters. One day, Takeya spots a person shivering behind some bushes. This person, Ren, is one of the DearS, and after being saved by Takeya she chooses him as her master. Takeya, who doesn't know about the master-slave relationship of DearS, tries to teach Ren the normal lifestyle of the people on earth, though he constantly fears that Ren is an evil alien who's trying to brainwash him. But Ren isn't like other DearS. She is in fact malfunctioning and is being tracked down by their leader. Meanwhile, Takeya begins to learn more about DearS, and a mythical DearS relationship begins to develop between them.

Fight Ippatsu - Juden-chan [Charger Girls]

Ecchi level: Strong

Ecchi: Uncensored this anime has strong ecchi content. Contains topless nudity and some hilarious mild bondage. Interesting points with this anime are that the work uniform worn leaves almost nothing to the imagination and  whenever a character is injured they seem to loose control of their bladder.  The censored versions of this still contain most of the ecchi content adding a bit of mist here and there also clipping bits out of the stronger scenes.

Synopsis:
Sendo is just an ordinary college student, until the girl Plug appears before him.
Coming from a parallel world and mistaking this world as her own, she holds the secret ability to pour in willpower and energy into those without the energy, thus calling herself .
Unable to believe the girl in front of him, Sennin eventually starts to believe that this girl is actually real. But why does Plug need his help for this job?
As Plug and Sennin's life starts to intertwine together it sets things up for a heart warming, action filled comedic adventure!

Ecchi: This anime is odd. Some episodes have fan service some don't. You can expect to see panty shots mostly along with some weird choices of close ups and a beach episode. When we started reviewing this anime we were reviewing it for the great anime page. Then suddenly we were treated to some exciting camera angles and we thought it was best on the ecchi page.

Synopsis:
On the holiday just before the Valentines Day, Kohinata Yuma is called by his friend to buy chocolate with her. Since that day, his fate begins to change.
He happens to meet Kamisaka Haruhi, a school idol as well as the genius girl in magical course at the park, and she gives him a chocolate. Then, because of the mysterious collapse of the school building, Haruhi transfers to the same class of Yuma, and his troublesome school days are getting worse.
His group of friends only serve to accelerate his fate.

Synopsis:

Her troubles start when Kei Kusanagi one of her students accidentally discovers her true identity. In order to keep her true identity a secret, Mizuho Kazami and Kei Kusanagi get married. Living together in secret, can they keep their relationship from Kei's classmates?

Ecchi: This anime contains some short mild ecchi scenes, the script also contains some additional ecchi suggestions. A few bathroom scenes, near full nudity and a realy attractive teacher.

Synopsis:
Maiku Kamishiro's past has always been somewhat of a mystery to him. The only clue he has to who is family might be is an old photograph showing two young children, a boy and a girl, playing in a small pool outside of a blue house. In an attempt to find his family, he moves to this blue house and begins working as a programmer. He's living a comfortable life until the day two very different girls show up at his door, both in possession of the same photograph, and both claiming to be his twin. With no way to prove who is a relative and who is a stranger, Maiku allows both girls to move in with him until they know for sure.

Synopsis:
Tsukune Aono is a normal high school freshman who is unable to get into any private school, due to his dismal grades. The only school he is finally accepted into turns out to be a secret school for supernatural monsters and mythical creatures, who are disguised as humans. He quickly becomes friends with the beautiful Moka Akashiya, who turns out to be a vampire attracted to the sweet taste of his blood (and Tsukune's only, it turns out). While at first Moka was upset upon discovering that Tsukune was actually a human, she realizes that he's the first real friend she had ever made. Tsukune quickly realizes his admission into a monster school must have been a mistake and fears for his life.

Ecchi: This one is basically the upper limit of what you might watch in the presence of others. There is some very soft ecchi content. Loose clothing all over the place.  Uncensored version contains topless nudity.

Synopsis:
Due to family troubles, Ren Uesugi and his sister, Mihato, leave their home. They end up moving to the city but find themselves with a lack of money. Somehow they are able to find work in the form of the Kuonji family's mansion, being employed as servants to the three sisters of the Kuonji family: Shinra, Miyu, and Yume. Being a servant also associates Ren with the mansion's additional servants and the Kuonji sisters' friends.
